Studio35 is a new concept in circuit training. We use a medical grade Training Circuit to deliver a complete workout to help with weight-loss, build strength and improve fitness and well-being.
How long is
the workout?
We understand our members lead a busy life. In just 35 minutes we can deliver a full body workout. The Milon circuit follows a fixed schedule to optimally work each muscle group.
What is personalised training?
We listen to each member and tailor a programme to suit their goals. Once the workout begins our team are with you every step of the way to guide and enhance your experience.
